All prices are in EURO including VAT.
Prices excl. tourist tax:
Adults per day EUR 2.20
Children and adolescents under 15 years are free.
Weeks (Saturday to Saturday) are bookable!
(Of course we will take your personal wishes into consideration if possible)

Hints:
Prices are valid for stays of 7 nights and are inclusive of bed linen / kitchen linen / towels / dishwasher tablets
Dishwashing liquid / garbage bags / final cleaning / carport
Arrival from 2 pm, departure by 9:30 am
Pets are not allowed.
All apartments are Non smoking apartments. Smokers enjoy their cigarette on the balcony.
Payment Terms:
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation is
a deposit of 20% of the total amount due.
If the deposit is not received, the booking will be canceled.
The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
When canceling the trip, the following cancellation fees are due:
- up to 17 days before arrival 50% of the rent
- from 16 - 0 days before arrival 80% of the rent
In case of late arrival or / and early departure No refund.
Please inform us in time!
We recommend that you take out travel insurance!
Special instructions:
You are liable for damage caused to the dwelling / house and inventory during the rental period, also by causing third parties. Please report damages immediately.
